RECC (Renewable Energy Consumer Code)
We are part of the Renewable Energy Consumer Code, meaning that we have agreed to abide by a strict set of rules when conducting our business, mostly on how we approach and deal with you, the customer.
CTSI (Chartered Trading Standards Institute)
Through the RECC, we are part of the Chartered Trading Standards Institute, which is the world’s longest-established organisations dedicated to the field of Trading Standards and Consumer Protection
NAPIT
NAPIT is an electrical competent person scheme, ensuring that anyone who works on electrical systems are qualified to do so! Again, we are assessed annually.
Green Deal Approved
Here at SolarVolt, we are also Green Deal Approved. This means that we are certified to install energy efficiency improvements under the Green Deal finance mechanism.
TrustMark
We are also TrustMark Approved! TrustMark is the Government Endorsed Quality Scheme that covers work a consumer chooses to have carried out in or around their home.
